DEARBORN, Mich. - GTA,Ltd., one of southeast Michigan's leading
providers of engineering services to the automotive industry, has named
Leo R. Hagan executive vice president of sales and marketing. "Last year was a big year strategically for GTA," said Burl C. Adkins, company founder, chairman and CEO. "GTA's transition initiative to that of a full-service provider of automotive engineering is complete and operational." "This means that OEMs and their Tier One suppliers can call Global Technology for anything from traditional contract technical placements to fully self-contained "black box" product development services and we can meet their needs," Adkins said. Hagan spent the past 17 years with BREED Technologies, where his last position held was vice president of worldwide sales. "Leo brings a wealth of knowledge from an automotive customer perspective," Adkins said. "Having known him both personally and professionally for close to 20 years, I'm extremely excited that he now has the opportunity to join the GTA team." Hagan also expressed excitement over his arrival at GTA, noting the company's solid reputation with its customers and its ability to meet the critical design needs of the leading automakers and their suppliers. "It's time for GTA to get the word out," Hagan said. "Being a full-service engineering provider, GTA helps its customers reach their quality, cost and delivery goals in all areas of design, development, training and human resources through tightly focused and responsive operating divisions." GTA's current customer portfolio includes OEMs such as General Motors Corp. and Ford Motor Co., as well as major Tier One firms, including Lear, Delphi Automotive, and ThyssenKrupp Budd. |
